Training Support

We offer extensive training in the solutions we provide. There are courses covering all modules of our solutions. Some of the most popular topics include Parts, Service, Accounting, Systems Administration and Sales.

Auto-IT has fully-equipped training rooms in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We are also able to provide training in regional areas and provide a training server and test data identical to your set-up in our city training rooms.

On-site training is available should your dealership require a more customised training session using live data and your own system.

Class room training is conducted as small hands-on sessions (limited to eight participants per course) – each participant with a PC. The training manual serves as an instructional guide and as a reference manual once the participant returns to the workplace.

Web-based training is held via the internet. This training option provides both a visual and verbal experience similar to one-on-one in-house training without the costly travel time. The only pre-requisites are a PC linked to the Auto-IT software and browser software attached to the internet via a broadband connection.

Seminar-style training can also be provided, with a demonstration to a larger group. This type of delivery is usually suited to introduction or information sessions. For more information, please contact us.
