The Role
Our Account Managers
provide an exceptional level of customer service to the
clients in their appointed region, while providing an
appropriate return to Auto-IT. This is achieved through
regular visits to clients, a growing knowledge of our
solutions and regular sharing of information with our
team (Support, Development, Hardware Services and
Administration).
As your knowledge grows, you may also have the
opportunity to install our software and hardware
solutions.

resolution provided

clients and establishing appropriate system setup to
meet their needs

clients project deliverables and dates of milestones

project plans and, where deviations occur,
