Business Development Managers


The Role
 

Successful candidates will be responsible for selling our dealer management solutions and helping to increase our company's market share in this space.

 

Responsibilities of the role will include: 

  • Prospecting

  • Understanding the competition and developing appropriate sales strategies  

  • Ability to present our software products to potential clients at all levels of the client management teams.

Account Managers


The Role
 

Our Account Managers provide an exceptional level of customer service to the clients in their appointed region, while providing an appropriate return to Auto-IT. This is achieved through regular visits to clients, a growing knowledge of our solutions and regular sharing of information with our team (Support, Development, Hardware Services and Administration).

As your knowledge grows, you may also have the opportunity to install our software and hardware solutions.

Above all, the customer must always feel as though we've gone above and beyond the call of duty.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Technical Writer position which will be based in our Sydney office at Kogarah.
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing and maintaining a wide range of documentation including user manuals, online help, application product sheets, sales/marketing material, training material

  • Interpreting functional specifications & producing documentation to be used for any new software release or products

  • Liaising with subject matter experts to create material from initial concept and also enhancement of existing material

The Role
 

Our Business / Systems Analysts are responsible for system analysis and business level documentation. Ultimately, they translate the business objectives of our clients into the appropriate language for the Development team to interpret and act upon.

  • Able to work closely with business users as well as with the rest of the Development team

  • Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience

  • Object oriented, client / server experience (Sybase and PowerBuilder product preferred)

The Role
 

We are seeking experienced PowerBuilder programmers to join our warm and friendly team to further develop and enhance our software products.

  • Three years PowerBuilder programming and Sybase ASA 9.00 experience (PB 6.5 and above)

  • Strong PFC and Sybase ASA 9.00 and above, object oriented, Client / Server technology

The Role

Due to growth we are seeking quality installation consultants for our Dealer Management Systems.
The role involves travel across Australia, installing and implementing the UNITS™ and EQUIP™ software into dealerships, along with support and training to end users. Typical functions of this role may include:

  • Attending to, logging and documenting all client support enquires and the resolution provided

  • Consulting with clients and establishing appropriate system setup to meet their needs

  • Determining with clients project deliverables and dates of milestones

  • Ensuring adherence to project plans and, where deviations occur, proactively communicating with management and clients on progress

  • Ensure adherence to end-to-end processes

  • Understand client requirements and work collaboratively with Project Managers and System Analysts (R&D) to achieve system enhancements to meet client requirements

  • Ensure any product bugs are resolved and functionality of all enhancements completed

  • Ensure allocated product testing has occurred and clients’ system needs have been met.

    Client Training
     

  • Set up system for clients

  • Customise training manuals as required.

  • Facilitate skill development with clients through one-to-one and/or classroom coaching and training

  • Provide ongoing training and support during initial start-up phase

  • Ensure client is skilled to meet business requirements.
