System Trainer / Implementer

We're looking for people in the Automotive Industry with Accounting or Fixed Operations experience.


Due to growth we are seeking a System Trainer / Implementer. This role involves travel across Australia installing/implementing the UNITS
® and EQUIP® software into dealerships.


We provide support and training to end users. However, you will require a good understanding of Windows and associated products.

 

Experience in this following, whilst not essential, would be advantageous:

  • Accounting Qualifications

  • Certificate IV Training

  • Databases and SQL

  • Crystal Reports

 

Successful candidates will be responsible for selling our dealer management solutions and helping to increase our company's market share in this space. Responsibilities of the role will include: 

  • Prospecting

  • Understanding the competition and developing appropriate sales strategies  

  • Ability to present our software products to potential clients at all levels of the client management teams.

  • Developing an understanding of our software products

  • Matching solutions to client requirements  

  • Completing and delivering detailed proposals

  • Engaging and closing sales opportunities
     

Experienced Applicants

  • An excellent track record of sourcing new clients

  • Experience with leveraging existing clients to create new sales opportunities

  • Experience selling into the dealership market

  • Moderate level of IT knowledge   

  • Business-minded  

  • Creative 

  • Team player  

  • Strong communicator and negotiator

  • Experience in solution selling would be favourably viewed as would a tertiary business related qualification.
