The primary focus of this exciting role is to consult with
and support UNITS® and EQUIP® Dealer Management System
clients whilst documenting and actioning agreed elevated
business processes.
Experience in an Automotive, Agri
or Truck dealership environment (preferably in an accounting
capacity) is mandatory. You’ll be engaged in (but not
limited to) the following activities:
Client
Consulting
-
Providing on-site
consulting to Auto-IT’s Dealer Spectrum clients with a
view to leading your own consulting team within 6 months
-
Handling all client
support enquiries in a responsible, timely &
professional manner
-
Travelling locally,
interstate and overseas to conduct various consulting
and documentation tasks
Project
Management
-
Establishing
appropriate system setups to meet client needs
-
Determining and
setting client agreements on project deliverables and
milestones
-
Ensuring adherence
to project plans and where deviations occur, proactively
communicating with management and clients on progress
Documentation
-
Customising and
maintaining client documentation as required
-
Keeping up to date
with product releases, builds and factory interfaces
bi-monthly
-
Ensuring clients
are skilled to meet business requirements
-
Facilitating skill
development with clients where required via one-on-one
coaching
-
Reviewing and
updating data output files for clients’ Dealer Spectrum
Dashboard
In addition to the
above duties, the target for your role within the next 6
months is to be generating three billable days per week.
Your salary will match your experience and productivity.

This is
a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Account
Management specialist to join our team. You will form part
of the Business Relationship Management team and will manage
current clients in NSW or in WA, depending on the location
you apply for.

We
require the following skills & attributes:

Minimum two years motor dealership experience preferably
in Fixed Operations (i.e. Service and/or Parts) or
Accounts & Admin

Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills

Strong analytical skills

Strong general IT knowledge
You
will be provided training on our application software and
given onsite experience with our clients’ systems. You will
then be expected to use this knowledge, along with your
skills and experience, in your position as Client
Representative.
Core responsibilities include:

Regular visitation of our client base in NSW or WA
-
Provide consultancy, support and training to our clients
within three to six months

Achieve a consistently high client satisfaction level
-
Achieve a conservative sales budget
-
Installation of our software and hardware products
Experience with an Automotive Dealer Management System would
be advantageous.

Consultant for our Dealer Management Systems. The role
involves travel across Australia, installing and
implementing the UNITS® Automotive and EQUIP®
Agri/Truck software into dealerships, along with support and
training to end users.
Typical functions of this role
may include:

Attending to and
documenting client support enquires and the resolution
provided

Consulting with
clients and establishing appropriate system setup to
meet their needs

Determining with

Adherence to

calls / emails for our application software.
