Account Management
Every one of our clients is assigned an Account Manager who is your
personal contact with our company. They are charged with the responsibility of
helping your business get the most out of its software investment. They have industry
knowledge and are continuously trained on our products and services.
They will periodically visit your dealership and discuss ways of
maintaining and improving your system and its usage so that your
business achieves the greatest efficiencies and benefits possible.
Telephone Support
For most of our clients,
post-installation support is the most critical component of their
relationship with us. We feel the same and we take pride in the
quality and comprehensiveness of the service provided by our expert
team of implementers and support consultants.
To manage our Australian support team, we have invested in state-of-the-art
phone systems and Issues/Call Management software. Together, they
allow us to maintain customer satisfaction benchmarks such as call
response times, wait times, outstanding and open issues, call
duration and issue frequency.

Training Support
On-site training is available should your dealership require a
customised training session using live data and your own system.
Web-based training
is held via the Internet. This training option provides both a
visual and verbal experience similar to one-on-one in-house training
without the costly travel time. The only pre-requisites are a PC
linked to the Auto-IT software and browser software attached to the
internet via a broadband connection.
